Interactive IPv6 network subnetting with visual hierarchy

Based on RFC 4291 (IPv6 Addressing Architecture) and RFC 5952 (IPv6 Address Text Representation)
IPv6 Subnetting Notes: IPv6 typically uses /64 for host networks (SLAAC). Common allocation: /48 (ISP to customer), /56 (customer to site), /64 (LAN segment). Subnetting usually occurs on nibble boundaries (/52, /56, /60, /64).

Key Differences from IPv4: No subnet masks (uses prefix lengths), no broadcast addresses, SLAAC auto-configuration, much larger address space (128-bit vs 32-bit).
